We offer FREE delivery in mainland UK, Unless your post code fall 's into a courier charged zone dependant on item size and weight for shipping and the courier used. Charges may apply for some remote areas and zones, any additional fee's will show for specific post codes on check out after the post code and item is checked by our system with the courier's we use.

We offer delivery services throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that there may be certain remote areas where delivery may be restricted or subject to additional charges.

Unfortunately we aren't currently able to offer delivery to the EU and rest of the world.

Our standard delivery service ensures that your furniture is delivered conveniently to your doorstep by our trusted courier service DHL. 

Please note: furniture may be delivered in multiple boxes which will be labelled with the box number and style name. Please check that you have all the boxes on delivery.

Whilst we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note that deliveries to the following Scottish postcode areas may take longer to arrive, if you require more information please get in touch.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the delivery process, and our team will make every effort to deliver your furniture on time. 

We request a mobile phone number at the checkout so you can receive tracking updates via text to ensure someone is at home to accept the delivery.

If for any reason you miss delivery, please arrange a re-delivery directly with DHL.


How it works:

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
  • Our logistics team will process your order and arrange for dispatch.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the expected delivery date and tracking information (if applicable).
  • On the day of delivery, our courier will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time slot.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery. If you are unable to be present, you may nominate an alternate person to receive the delivery on your behalf.
